The Desolate Pup’s Tale: Surviving in Peril near the Sugar Furnace, a Heartbreaking Journey of an Outcast Seeking Hope

Meet Carbon! He was abandoned as a one-month-old baby. Carbon roams the little village, is chased away, and gradually finds refuge as the “heater” of the sugar mill. “He won’t be chased away there since no one cares about this poor baby.”

He had to eat coal and molasses every day, so his small feet were burned. Molasses had covered Carbon’s body. When we first met him, he reminded us of a coal. The entire body is filthy and depressing. Carbon is extremely weak and malnourished, as well as anemic.

We could tell that most of his body hair had been burned off after he was showered. This small soul, though, has a strong personality.

The baby will be given medical attention in order to recover quickly. To have any lot of survival in this world, the baby must fight hard. Carbon is given milk and vitamins.

He’s been reborn. Carbon has changed a lot, he is gradually becoming a guy, Carbon is very friendly. Carbon receives his first vaccination.
