Desperate dog claws through stone and rubble to rescue her puppies after a house collapsed on them in India
This is the hopeful moment a dog can be seen frantically trying to save her puppies from under a house when it collapsed on them in India.
The video was shared by Animal Aid Unlimited, a street animal rescue charity based in Rajasthan, India.
The video shows the dog frantically scratching under the house’s foundations, gradually scratching deeper into the ground.

A man helping the pooch can be seen moving large slabs out of the way to make it easier for the dog to dig.
After a minute or so, she stops digging and the man reaches in to clear some more dirt out of the way.
After a few seconds, he pulls a tiny puppy from the hole and puts it under the dog’s nose.
