Area 51 “entrances” have been found in mysterious Google Earth satellite images according to a conspiracy theorist who shared a video of their findings on YouTube
A Google Earth user has added to the popular Area 51 conspiracy theory by discovering what they claim are “hidden entrances” on the side of a mountain.
Area 51 is a United States Air Force facility and one of the most secret military bases in the world – making it a hotbed for wacky theories that government scientists have been dissecting aliens and hoarding UFOs inside there for years.
In the clip, posted on the YouTube channel FindingUFO, a pair of oddly-sharped car parks are seen at the foot of the hill, with one appearing to be an entrance to a tunnel.
Higher up the hill, a road is visible but it comes to a dead end and appears to have vehicles parked in the top of it.
The satellite images allegedly show the same odd features as far back as 2005, but in 1998 the hillside is shown to be devoid of the structures.
Since it was uploaded on Saturday, the conspiracy has been watched more than 4,000 times with believers claiming it it credible evidence of Area 51.
Someone commented: “Okay that was fascinating. Interesting to see an actual time lapse of the sites from the 90’s till present. Quite plain to see they are huge entrances to underground facilities or roads. Our tax dollars at work smh.”
“They don’t care that we know anymore,” said a second person ominously.
However, a more dubious viewer claimed that there is a lot of active mining in the area which might explain the video.
They said: “I know this area fairly well, I’m not 100% sure about these locations specifically but I know there are a ton and I mean a ton of mining companies in this area, all around area 51, especially near Tonopah, NV.
While scavenging the area using Google Earth, Tyler Glockner spotted something bizarre hiding in the Nevada mountains.
The footage appears to show three openings inside the mountains.
Tyler posted the video to his YouTube channel secureteam10, where he likened the find to the claims of one of the most outspoken UFO conspiracists – Bob Lazar.
In 1989, Bob told a Las Vegas TV station that nine alien spaceships were being tested at Area 51.
He claimed these crafts had been “camouflaged into the side of a mountain” on the dried-out Papoose Lake – the same location of Tyler’s video.
Discussing his find, Tyler points out “three big hangar doors” which he believes stretches back “for miles” into the ground
He then goes on to compare the hangers to artistic illustrations of the reported hangers based on Lazar’s claims back in the late eighties.
He continues: “This is a site which is very reminiscent of what Bob described.
“If I had to guess, this is obviously some sort of secret entrance into these mountains.”
The bizarre video has gained more than 29,000 views since its upload earlier today (December 12).
And viewers are hailing the discovery as “amazing”.
One sceptic wrote: “Tomorrow those images will be scrubbed off Google Earth.”
Another commented: “This is too much of a coincidence for it to be considered a coincidence.”
