Incredible Journey: Blind and Deaf Puppy Amazes Adoptive Family with Remarkable Talents

Georgie was rescued when he was found in a box on the sidewalk. Someone had abandoned the blind and deaf puppy in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Shortly after, Alisa Shapiro, who is a veterinarian, began receiving lots of messages about Georgie because she has a blind and deaf pup named Piglet.

She also has 7 rescue dogs, but she and her husband decided they couldn’t turn their backs on Georgie and fostered him. That’s when he surprised them.

Not only does Georgie have a hilarious play dance, but he has a unique way of navigating his surroundings. He’s so good at it that he’s figured out how to walk on leash with them, enjoy time at the beach and much more.

Alisa has ended up adopting Georgie and says that the pup has very challenging disabilities but he has an amazing attitude towards life. Says Alisa, “He’s a free spirit, happy guy.”
